Phase 1:
Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 1 round – Warm-up Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot

Phase 2:
Warm-up run x 5min at zone 2 effort

15% incline on treadmill:
5min for max distance
5min at easy zone 2 effort
10min for max distance
5min at easy zone 2 effort
15min for max distance
*The goal is to get as far in the 15min section as you did the previous week when it came first. You’re going to feel more fatigued but physically you can pull it off if you get your mind right. Enjoy!

Start timer
Weighted burpee x 3.5 minutes for max reps

Finisher:
Farmer’s Carry alternating reverse lunge x 30sec
Sled push/pull x 30sec
Dumbbell (2) ground to overhead x 30sec
Rope or towel assisted pull-up x 30sec
Alternating V-Up x 30sec
Candlestick x 30sec
Push-up plank static hold x 30sec
Rest x 1min
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 5 rounds.
