Phase 1:
Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 1 round – Warm-up Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot

Phase 2:
Warm-up run x 5min at zone 2 effort

15% incline on treadmill:
15min for max distance
5min at easy zone 2 effort
10min for max distance
5min at easy zone 2 effort
5min w/heavy carry (30lb or greater) for max distance

Start timer
Weighted burpee x 3.5 minutes for max reps

Finisher:
Farmer’s Carry alternating reverse lunge x 1min
Sled push/pull x 1min
Pull-up x 1 to hand position change x 24 to pull-up x 1 to static hang x 10sec
Alternating V-Up x 10
Candlestick x 10
Push-up plank static hold x 1min (recovery period)
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 4 rounds.
