Phase 1:
Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 1 round – Warm-up Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot
Phase 2:
Burp 400
Start timer
Run 400 meters
After finishing 400m, complete as many burpees as possible until timer hits 3min mark
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 8 rounds (3200 meters)
Your score is the total number of burpees you complete in the 8 rounds (24 minutes)
Finisher:
Pull-up x 1 to hand position change x 20 to pull-up x 1 to static hang x 20sec
Air Bike x x 15cal
Continue repeating for a total of 5 rounds,.
