Phase 2:
5min run at easy zone 2 effort
Run x 3:00min at strong tempo effort
Farmer’s carry walking lunge x 1min for max reps
Continue repeating for a total of 7 rounds.
Finish w/5min run at easy zone 2 effort
Start timer
Burpee broad jump x 10 for max distance
Pull-up x 1 to hand position change x 20 to pull-up x 1 to static hang x 20sec
Continue repeating dropping burpee broad jump reps down to 9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2 for remaining 8 rounds.
