ABCD warm-up running x 3min – Instructional Demo
Finish warm-up with 3min barefoot run at C pace effort
Phase 2:
5min run at easy zone 2 effort
Run x 2:20min at strong tempo effort
Dumbbell or kettlebell farmer’s carry walking lunge x 12
Farmer’s carry alternating reverse lunge x 12
Run x 2min at zone 2 effort
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 5 rounds.
Finish w/10min run at easy zone 2 effort
Start timer
Air bike x 20cal
Rest x 40sec
Continue repeating dropping cals down to 18/16/14/12/10 for remaining 5 rounds.
This completes 1 round.
Score – total time to complete all 6 rounds.
*Some will find that you can complete all 6 rounds quicker than last week which was 30sec rest.
