Phase 1:
Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 1 round – Warm-up Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot

Phase 2:
Warm-up run x 5min at zone 2 effort

*You’ll need 27 rep/round completion items (rocks, coins, or something similar)
Run x 100 yards/91 meters (an American Football field works great for this)
Complete 5 burpees
Run x 100 yards (back to original starting point
Complete 5 burpees
Move 1 of the 27 items to a “completed pile”
Continue repeating until all 27 rounds have been completed.
When completed you will have ran 100 yards x 54 & completed 270 burpees.
Settle in and try and find a way to enjoy this one. It’s always brutal!

*every 5th rep static hang x 10sec to hand position change x 16

Finisher:
Ski x 500m at 100% effort
