If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot
Phase 2:
Warm-up run x 5min at zone 2 effort
Start timer
Run x 3min at zone 2 aerobic effort
Farmer’s carry walking lunge x 14
Run x 2min at zone 2 aerobic effort
Farmer’s carry walking lunge x 10
Run x 1min at zone 2 aerobic effort
Farmer’s carry walking lunge x 6
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total 4 rounds
Finish w/11min run at zone 2 effort
Finisher:
Ski x 8 pulls at 100% effort
Rest x 10sec
Continue repeating until you reach 500m
Rest x 1min
Repeat for a total of 3 rounds (1500 total meters)
