Yancy Camp Workout 1071

Phase 1:
Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 1 round – Warm-up Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot

Phase 2:
60min run at zone 2 effort.
We’ve slowly worked up to this 60min run utilizing bricks and this week we conquer the entire 60min run.

Phase 3:
Squat jump w/low throw x 8
Dumbbells, RAM, sandbag, or weight plate ground to overhead x 4 (go heavy)
Pull-up x 2 to hand position change x 16 to pull-up to elbow lock off x 10sec
Continue repeating for a total of 8min for max rounds.

Finisher – Sled or Tank Push x 30sec for max distance
Rest x 30sec
Continue repeating for a total of 6min
