Yancy Camp Workout 1000
It has been an amazing 6.5 years and training session 1,000 is finally here. I think you’re going to enjoy this one my friends! It hits BIG and you’re going to want to make sure you have plenty of time to get this one in. The best OCR athletes on the planet would struggle to break 1 hour for this session. I mean we have some of the best on our roster but most are definitely going to take well over an hour to complete this beast. I have designed it to be tackled in race mode. Hit it like it’s game day my friend!
