Yancy Camp Workout 966

Phase 1:
Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 1 round – Warm-up Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot

Phase 2:
This week is going to definitely feel harder than last week.  There’s a lot going on in a full round of this 4 round workout.  I’m excited to hear from you after you conquer this one!

Weighted walking lunge x 10 (5 each leg – go heavy!)
Incline run x 90sec at zone 4 above lactate threshold effort
Incline x 3min at easy zone 2 effort
Incline run x 90sec at zone 4 above lactate threshold effort
Weighted walking lunge x 10 (5 each leg – go heavy!)
Incline with 60/40lb carry x 1min at 100% effort
Drop weight & continue x 1min at 100% effort
Reduce effort to zone 2 x 3min
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 4 rounds.
*If indoors on a treadmill, go with 15% incline. If outside, work in as much elevation as possible. If the entire workout has to be flat, that’s fine as well. Enjoy!
*4 rounds will only be 80 total weighted lunges (40 each leg) but remember, we’re going heavy. Your legs should be sore the following day from these reps!
