Phase 1:
Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 2 rounds – Warm-up Demo
Walking one leg RDL’s x 20 (10 each leg) – Exercise Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot

Phase 2 (this week we’re compromising the grip strength by preceding it with the running):
Run x 15min at zone 3 effort
Burpee to pull-up x 15 immediately followed by hand position change x max reps until forced to drop
Run x 15min at zone 3 effort
Burpee to pull-up x 15 immediately followed by hand position change x max reps until forced to drop
Run x 10min at zone 3 effort

Phase 3:
One arm dumbbell snatch x 20 (10 each arm – switching each rep) – Exercise Demo
Bulgarian split squat x 20 (10 each leg – switch at 10) – refer to Daily Dose of Awesome video 31 above for exercise Demo
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating without break dropping rep count down to 18/16/14/12/10 for remaining 5 rounds.
