Big positive energy

Phase 1:
Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 2 rounds – Warm-up Demo
Walking one leg RDL’s x 20 (10 each leg) – Exercise Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot

Phase 2:
Run x 40min at zone 2 effort
At every 4min mark complete split squat jump x 8 & burpee x 4
*I want the 12 reps to be completed fast and without rest.

Phase 3:
Farmer’s carry x 30sec
Bar hand position change x max reps or until you reach 50 (25 each hand) – Exercise Demo
Elbow plank w/side to side hip roll x 20 (10 each side) – Exercise Demo
Alt V-up x 10 (5 each side) – Exercise Demo
Plank w/hip drives x 10 – Exercise Demo
Plank w/up downs x 10 – Exercise Demo
Side to side squat jump w/ground to overhead x 20 (10 each side) – Exercise Demo
Weighted step-up x 20 (10 each leg – Go heavy here.  I want this to be TOUGH) – Exercise Demo
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 4 rounds.
