Phase 1:
Versa Loop warm-up x 1 round – Warm-up Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 3min – Instructional Demo
Finish warm-up with barefoot C pace run x 3min
Phase 2:
As some of you know, I recently launched Yancy Camp 4000 on our Public Scoreboard. It has been awhile since I’ve programmed this one, so I figured there’s no better time than at the start of the season (or early in the season for some) to get a good running test in.

Once in you’ll see “Input Your Score” & “View Scoreboard”.
Select “Input Your Score” and you’ll see the testing details and some info on how we score your results.
After you complete the test, input your score and your raw score will immediately populate to the scoreboard with your Yancy Camp 4000 Score.
*A 400m track is the best place to complete this test, but if you use a treadmill to complete, make sure you read the treadmill instructions I provide.
I look forward to seeing your results. You keep consistently working and I promise the number will improve. There’s a 150sec window in each Yancy Camp 4000 category. No matter where you land, I’m confident every single person on our team can improve enough to bump down to a lower number category and that will be a great feeling. Periodic testing is important and one key reason is because it’s great to see your fitness needle move after putting in consistent hard work.
