Yancy Camp Workout 510

Today I challenge you to not get frustrated easily.  There are so many situations where we let little things get under our skin and flare our tempers.  We let kids, spouse, neighbors, friends, co-workers, people out on the road driving next to us, and many other people and situations frustrate us easily sometimes.  I know it sounds cliche but life truly is too short to let things ruffle our feathers so easily.  I want you to find peace in these situations.  Hit your pause button and ask yourself, is this really worth getting all fired up over?  The answer is usually no and festering over basic stuff is unhealthy for you mentally and physically.  Hanging out with others who handle tough situations with style and patience are fun to hang out with.  Our stress levels come down and it feels good to hang out with people that bring our stress levels down.  What would your friends, family, and co-workers answers be if they were asked if you were someone who brings the stress level up or down when you’re dealing with a challenging situation.  Much love – Yancy

It comes with everything you need to easily build an epic smooth ride tire drag system except for the small car tire. This can be picked up for free at most tire stores. Enjoy!
