Simple but effective today team! I was at the IHRSA (one of if not the largest fitness equipment trade shows on the planet) trade show and convention all day today and I’ll be there tomorrow as well. I’m super excited to incorporate some of the stuff I’ll be able to incorporate in.
Run (outside and inside and if inside, you can do it all flat, at incline, or move back and forth between flat and incline) x 5min
Sandbell or dumbbell step-ups x 10, pull-ups x 5, continue repeating the 10/5 strength circuit for as many reps as possible in a total of 1min. *Keep track of your total rep count for the workout.
During the strength training portion, I want you going hard. 95+% effort.
This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 10 rounds.
