Pull-up x 3, hang x 20sec, pull-up x 2, hang x 10sec
Broad jump x 6, burpees x 6, continue 5/5, 4/4, 3/3.
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 10 rounds.
Finish w/20min low end aerobic training zone effort
