15min low end aerobic training zone effort run or climb (15% incline if climbing)
Burpees x 30
Kettlebell swings x 30
Plank w/hip circles x 30 – see video if you don’t know how to do this one.
Squat jumps x 5 (as if going up for a rebound in basketball but I want your hip crease lowering down to you knee height on the lower portion of the squat in preparation for the jump)
Pull-ups x 5
Squat jumps x 4, pull-ups x 4, continue 3/3, 2/2, 1/1

This completes 1 round. Depending on how much time you’ve been putting on your feet while running, continue repeating for a total of 3, 4, or 5 rounds. 3 rounds would be 45min of running or climbing, 4/60min, & 5/75min.

*Aerobic training zone effort is appx 70-80% max HR. For low end you’l be around the 70-75% range.
