15min low end aerobic training zone effort climb or run
400m or 90sec run at aerobic training zone effort
Lunges x 50m or 90sec
Continue repeating for a total of 10 rounds
Run at aerobic training zone effort x 3min
Bodyweight step-ups x 50
Elbow plank w/side to side hip roll x 40
Side to side squats jumps x 30
Push-ups x 20
Burpees x 10
Continue repeating for a total of 4 rounds.
15min low end aerobic training effort climb or run
The top 3 phases will have you at appx 1 hour+. Feel free to take out the final run if you’re not used to long duration sessions. You can also modify the 2nd or 3rd phase if needed by reducing the number of rounds and/or reps.
*Aerobic training zone effort run is appx 70-80% of max HR (low end should be around 70-75%)
