15% incline x 60min for max distance. This is a benchmark test I’d like for us to get on the books and we’ll re-test sometime next year around Feb/March.
*If you don’t have access to a treadmill that inclines to 15%, choose a trail or road route you know you’ll be able to duplicate next year and go for 60min for max distance.
Bonus (to be done a separate day):
15% incline x 1 mile/1600m
Dumbbell snatch x 20 (10 each side – 45lb men / 25lb women)
Strict form burpees x 20
Strict form mountain climbers x 50 (srict form push-up plank position, knee must drive up to the point where it touches the imaginary line between your arms then return to starting position – this equals one rep)
Strict form pull-ups without kipping x 10 (take as many breaks as needed to get all 10 reps in)
This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 3 rounds.
*If unable to complete any strict form pull-ups, modify with asst pull-ups or lat pulldowns.
