Yancy Camp Workout 221

This one can be completed inside or outside. I’ll lay it out as if it’s going to be completed inside but you can easily take it outside.

7min run at 15% incline or no incline at aerobic training zone effort
Sandbell or dumbbell clean to squat x 20 (10 each side – switch side each rep) – see video titled Sandbell Strength Training for OCR for sandbell example.
Plank w/hip circles x 20 – see video for example
10/100 grip & pull challenge for max reps – see video for example

This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 7 rounds.
*If completing outdoors, select a route that will have you doing an appx 3.5min out & back
*Aerobic training zone effort is appx 70-80% of max HR
