1st phase:
10min low end aerobic training zone pace run
10min tire drag (lightweight – small truck tire or smaller)
Continue back and forth for a total of 60min
*Some alternatives to dragging a tire would be dragging a sled, sandbag, on turf or grass (or anything else you can think of to replace the tire)
*Aerobic training zone is appx 75-85% of max HR (so for this workout stay in the 75% area.

2nd phase:
15% incline x 45min at low end aerobic training zone effort.

3rd phase:
Farmer’s walk x 60sec w/sandbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, or weight plates
10/100 Gold standard challenge until failure
This completes 1 round of 3rd phase. Continue for a total of 6 rounds.
