2nd phase:
60sec run at tempo pace, sandbell bent rows x 20, pull-up x 2, toe to bar x 2, one arm dumbbell snatch x 6 (3 each side).
This completes 1 round of 2nd phase. Continue repeating for a total of 15 rounds
Finish w/15min aerobic training zone pace run.
*Aerobic training zone pace is 75-85% of max HR (if using pacewheel app – green zone).
*Tempo pace is appx 85-90% of max HR (if using pacewheel app – yellow zone)
