Yancy Camp Workout 392
We’re keeping things pretty simple but very effective for 392. You can complete this outdoors if you’d like. If doing outdoors, make sure you’re careful it hitting downhills during the 2mi above threshold portions. A good way to do this one outdoor is to find a hill that takes you appx 2min to climb at above threshold effort and use the downhill for your 4min periods.
*You may need to run around near the bottom of the hill to complete the 4min sections
15% incline x 4min at low end aerobic effort
15% incline x 2min at slightly above threshold
Continue repeating for a total of 10 rounds
Bonus:
Weighted squats x 8
One arm dumbbell snatch x 8 (4 each side – switching hands each rep)
Pull-up x 1 to hand position change x 16 to pull-up x 1
This completes 1 round
Continue repeating for a total of 10 rounds
