The goal with this session is to focus on getting back in to a smooth and efficient run as soon as possible after completing each set of lunges as well as finishing the entire 14min run with smooth and efficient mechanics. Enjoy!

Run x 7min at low end aerobic effort
Lunges x 2min
Run x 6min at low end aerobic effort
Weighted lunges x 1min
Run x 5min at low end aerobic effort
Lunges x 2min
Run x 4min at low end aerobic effort
Weighted lunges x 1min
Run x 3min at low end aerobic effort
Lunges x 2min
Run x 2min at low end aerobic effort
Weighted lunges x 1min

Finish w/14min run at low end aerobic effort.

Bonus:
Grip strength training
Hand gripper reps x 20 each hand
Bar hang x 10sec to hand position changes x 20
Continue repeating but drop hand gripper reps down to 18/16/14/12/10 for remaining 5 sets.
*Hands must be wet for each bar hang to hand position changes set.
