Indoor or outdoor for this one today:
Indoor:
Run x 4min at low end aerobic effort
Run x 2min at threshold
15% incline x 4min at low end aerobic effort
15% incline x 2min at threshold
Continue repeating for a total of 60min
*If doing outdoors, vary the terrain as much as possible.
2nd phase (simple but effective and it’s all going to pay off in 2018):
Pull-up x 1 to hand position change x 10
Rest x 20sec
Continue repeating for a total of 15 rounds.
Finish w/bar hang x until forced to drop (not to exceed 1min)
