Run x 10min at low end aerobic (zone 3) effort
Weighted squats x 10
Pull-up x 1 to hand position change x 10 – continue repeating until forced to drop.
This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 5 rounds.
*For the squats I want you going heavy but not so heavy you’re forced to sacrifice clean form.
*Aerobic effort is appx 70-80% of your max HR – hang around 70% for these 10min runs.
*If inside on the treadmill, go with 15% incline for rounds 2 & 4.
*Keep the transitions tied together without break.
