Run x 10min at low end aerobic effort
Bar squats x 10
Pull-ups or assisted pull-ups x 10
Push-ups x 20
Bar hand position changes x 30
This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 5 rounds.
*I want you tracking your total distance covered once you add the five 10min run distance together and I want you tracking your average heart rate for the entire workout.
*Make sure you fight the urge to crank up the pace during the runs – stay low end aerobic which is going to be around 70% of max HR (comfortable entire time)
*I’m okay with your hitting the strength training sections at a more aggressive effort.

Bonus:
15-30% incline x 30min at low end aerobic effort.
*If possible, tie this on to the end of 383.
