Today I want you reaching out to your spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, fiance, fiancee, and/or kids and apologizing for something you’ve recently done or done in the past, but due to pride, you haven’t graciously apologized. This could be something you feel like was no more than 50% of your fault. I still want you to reach out!
Warm-up:
Fwd run x 15sec at aerobic effort
Bwd run x 15sec at aerobic effort
Continue repeating for a total of 8min
Run (trail, road, track, treadmill, or treadmill x 15%) x 5min at aerobic effort
Lunges x 4 to split squat jump x 4 – continue repeating for a total of 2min
Elbow plank w/side to side hip roll x 30sec
Side to side squat jump w/sandbell or kettlebell row x 30sec
This completes 1 round
Continue repeating for a total of 5 rounds
Finish with 20min run at aerobic effort
*If doing the runs indoor, you can switch back and forth each round with 0% to 15% incline.
