Yancy Camp Workout 410

Here’s to a wonderful close to 2017. For me it was a year where I finished 8 months of cancer treatment and then proceeded to have the busiest and most fun/challenging year of my life. I found myself saying yes to opportunities I might not have tackled in the past. I found myself getting as creative and present as possible with my wife and kids. In summary, it was by far the greatest year of my life and so much came from the simple fact that I said yes to all the opportunities that were placed in front of me as well as working hard to create opportunities. In 2018 I challenge you to have your best year yet. Here’s a strategy I use and try to pass on to as many as possible – don’t let your feet hit the floor in the morning until you’re ready to “dominate the day”. At the end of the day when your head hits the pillow, get in the habit of asking yourself, how did I do today? Did I do everything I could to serve others, did I maximize opportunities, did I move a few big rocks, did I grow my network, and did I carry myself in a way where others want to gravitate toward me vs being turned off by me. Seems kind of simple, but it’s a good recipe. Much love from the Culp family in Austin TX.

Workout 410:
Run, treadmill at 15% or higher, Row, assault bike, stairclimber, jacob’s ladder, ski erg, or bike x 7min at aerobic effort
Farmer’s walk x 1min
Burpee to pull-up x 10
Thrusters x 10
Pull-up x 1 to toe to bar x 2 to hip slaps x 4 to hand position change x 8 to pull-up x 1
One arm dumbbell snatch x 10 (5 each side – switching hands each rep)
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 7 rounds.

*You can choose several different aerobic stations or stay with the same one each round.

Finish w/15min run at aerobic effort.
