At every 8min mark, heavy carry x 2min (sandbag, sandbell, or other weight implement)
*Depending on how high your treadmill will incline

2nd phase:
35lb thrusters x 100 for time
Rest x 1min
Burpees x 100 for time
Rest x 1min
Push-ups x 100 for time
