Yancy Camp Workout 405

For 405 I want you staying very honest with your low end aerobic zone. Also, I want you to document the distance you cover for the 30min & 20min efforts. You can do these runs outside on the trails if you’d like. Just make sure you choose a location you can go back and repeat. If time allows, tie all the phases together without break. Enjoy!

Phase 1:
15% incline x 30min at low end aerobic effort

Phase 2:
One arm dumbbell snatch x 20 (10 each side)
Heavy farmer’s walk x 1min
Continue repeating but drop snatch reps down to 18/16/14/12/10 for remaining 5 rounds
*I want the dumbbell weight to be heavy but manageable to ensure quality reps
*If possible, I want you tying all 6 rounds together without break and without dropping farmer’s carry weights

Phase 3:
15% incline x 20min at low end aerobic effort
