Everyone is getting this one today. I would like for you track the total number of mileage or kilometers you travel today during your 6 running rounds. You’ll be tempted to crank up the pace. Make sure you keep it aerobic.
10min run at aerobic effort
Burpees x 10
Pull-ups or assisted pull-ups x 10
Broad jump x 10
Push-ups x 10
Dead lift x 10 (doesn’t have to be with a bar – can be w/two dumbbells or two kettlebells)
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating but drop run time and reps down to 9/8/7/6/5 min & reps for remaining 5 rounds.
*If possible, tie everything together without break
