It’s the off-season and we get to mix things up a bit and have some fun!
For 396, we’re going to crank things up with the 400 Burp. Many of you have completed this Challenge before and may have your name listed on the website Scoreboard. If you haven’t done this one before, get ready for one you’ll never forget. Either way, make sure you log your score in you online challenge log.

5min warm-up run
400 Burp
15min cool down run at low end aerobic effort
2nd phase:
Pull-up x 1 to hand position change x 10 to pull-up x 1 to hand position change x 10
Heavy weighted step-ups x 10
Rest x 30sec
This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 10 rounds.
