Like 378, 379 is going to feel somewhat simple but there’s great purpose in the simplistic design some of our off season workouts will have.
10min run at low end aerobic effort
Bodyweight step-ups x 50
Continue repeating but drop down to:

*If doing this workout indoors, you can go back and forth with 15% incline and 0% incline on the treadmill.
Bonus:
Hand gripper reps x 20 (each hand), continue but drop reps to 18/16/14/12/10 (each hand)

This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 3 rounds.
