Yancy Camp 300 Challenge 2.0

Phase 1:
Run on treadmill at 0% incline x 300sec (5min) for max distance.
30sec transition/rest period (log distance covered).
Thrusters x 6 / pull-ups x 3 / Burpees x 6 / continue repeating x 300sec (5min) for max reps.
30sec transition/rest period (log reps completed).
Run on treadmill at 0% incline x 300sec (5min) for max distance (log distance covered).

Rest x 1min

Phase 2:
15% incline on treadmill x 300sec (5min) for max distance.
30sec transition/rest period (log distance covered).
Thrusters x 6 / pull-ups x 3 / Burpees x 6 / continue repeating x 300sec (5min) for max reps.
30sec transition/rest period (log reps completed).
15% incline on treadmill x 300sec (5min) at 15% incline for max distance (log distance covered).

Rest x 1min

Phase 3:
15% incline on treadmill w/weight carry x 300sec (5min) for max distance.
30sec transition/rest period (log distance covered).
Thrusters x 6 / pull-ups x 3 / Burpees x 6 / continue repeating x 300sec (5min) for max reps.
30sec transition/rest period (log reps completed).
15% incline on treadmill w/weight carry x 300sec (5min) for max distance (log distance covered).

*How to score each Phase:
Run, climb, and climb/carry sections
You earn 1 point for every 1/100th of a mile you run.
Example – .85 miles in 300sec = 85 points
If running meters/kilometers, convert to miles and score.
Strength sections
You earn 1 point for every strict form rep you complete
Total score for each phase – add the 3 sections together and this is your total score for the phase.
Total score for the entire workout/challenge – add the 3 scores from each phase together and this is your total score for the entire/challenge

*Weight for thrusters and treadmill carry – Guys 45lb or 20kilo & Girls 30lb or 13.5kilo.
*Pull-up – Chin must get above bar, arms must be fully extended, and kipping is allowed.
*Burpee – Chest must touch the ground, feet must leave the ground on jump, hands must get above head on the jump, and hips must come close to full extension on the jump.
