10min warm-up run at low end aerobic training zone effort.

4min run at aerobic training zone effort
Bucket step-ups x 10 – see video if needed
Pull-up x 1 to hand position change x 20 to pull-up x 1
This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 12 rounds.

10min cool-down run at low end aerobic training zone effort.

*If doing this workout indoors, go with 15% or greater on the treadmill incline every other round.
*If needed, you can use something other than a weighted bucket for your step-ups (bucket is preferred)
*If possible, make sure you tie all 12 rounds together with no breaks.
*Try to go unbroken on the 1/20/1. If you have to drop, quickly shake out your hands, and get back on the bar to finish.
