6min aerobic training zone pace run, pull-ups x 6, split squat jumps x 10, pull-ups x 4, split squat jumps x 10, pull-ups x 2, hang until forced to drop, split squat jumps x 10. This completes 1 round. Continue for a total of 7 rounds.
*Make sure you tie everything together so you’re not getting a break between the run and exercise portions.
Finish w/incline training on the treadmill x 20min at aerobic training zone pace. 30% if you access to a treadmill that goes above 15%, or use 15% if that’s as high as your treadmill goes. If you don’t have access to a treadmill go with 30sec aerobic training zone pace run, lunges x 30sec, continue until you hit 20min.
*Aerobic training zone pace is 75-85% of max HR or if going by feel, comfortably fast.
