10min run at tempo pace, last 2min of run – hand gripper reps (switch hands for equal reps), sandbell bent rows x 40 (switching hands each rep), pull-up x 1, 10sec hang, continue repeating until forced to drop, kettlebell swings x 20. This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 5 rounds. If possible, tie everything together without breaks!

*Tempo pace is appx 85-90% of max HR, or if going by feel, comfortably fast but right on the verge of uncomfortable.
*Shoot me a message if you don’t remember the sandbell bent row exercise and I’ll send you a video I posted several months ago.
*You can replace the pull/hang with lat pulldown x 1, & 10sec hang on the lat pulldown bar, continue repeating until no longer able to complete the pulldown rep or hang on to the bar.
