100m on track, turf, or field x 10 w/30sec recovery in between each, pull-ups to failure, drop & rest x 30sec, pull-ups to failure, this completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 3 rounds. Finish w/15min tempo run.

*Tempo pace is appx 85-90% of max HR, or if going by feel, comfortably fast but right on the verge of uncomfortable.
