Yancy Camp Workout 47

Steep climb tempo pace intervals x 4min x 10 reps. Easy pace on the way down. You’ll need a climb that allows you to go for 4min of non stop climbing. We want the incline to be in the 30-40% range.
*If you don’t have access to a climb like this, use the treadmill at the highest % incline possible. After hitting the 4min mark, reduce pace to a walk pace x 2min for recovery & continue repeating.
***Bonus Workout: Sandbell or sandbag lunges x 100, farmer’s walk x 90sec, towel pull-ups x 10, farmer’s walk x 90sec, towel pull-ups x 8, farmer’s walk x 90sec, towel pull-ups x 6, farmer’s walk x 90sec, towel pull-ups x 4, farmer’s walk x 90sec, towel pull-ups x 2, sandbell or sandbag lunges x 80, farmer’s walk x 90sec, towel pull-ups x 10, sandbell or sandbag lunges x 60, towel pull-ups x 10.
