Lunges x 100m, 35lb farmer’s walk x 100m (35lb weight in each hand), plank w/hip circles x 20, 35lb box squats x 20, this completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 8 rounds.

Bonus workout:
15min aerobic training zone pace run, Row x 500m, burpees x 20, treadmill 15% w/sandbag or sandbell x 5min. This completes 1 round. Continue for a total of 5 rounds. Finish w/15min aerobic training zone pace run.
*15min runs are not included in the 5 rounds
