Row x 2000m at tempo pace (85-90% of max HR), burpees x 20, 40-50lb sandbag, sandbell, or bar box squats x 20, 35lb farmer’s walk x 90sec, rope or towel assisted pull-ups x 20. This completes 1 round. Continue repeating but drop row distance down to 1500m, 1000m, & 500m for rounds 2-4.
*Rope or towel assisted pull-ups – drape rope or towel over bar or limb and reach up as high as possible and grab with both hands. You will assist the pull-up by jumping off the ground.
