Yancy Camp Workout 23

Treadmill at 15% incline x 50min at aerobic training zone pace (75-85% of max HR). Every 10min: 45lb thrusters x 10, burpees x 10, pull-ups x 5, 10sec hang, pull-up x 1. When finished – bucket carry x 5min for max distance. It’s preferred to do this portion of the workout outside and at an area you can use anytime you want to repeat this workout and and area that includes a challenging climb.
*This workout can definitely be done outside but it’s designed to be a big climbing day so inside on the treadmill would be ideal unless you have a great area with a lot of climbing.
