Apply directly to skin. For short distances put a visible layer between your toes, top and bottom of foot, and areas of known irritation. If conditions are wet, or you are going longer distances, put a thicker layer on. Re-apply every 4-6 hours depending on conditions. Re-apply between sock changes. For the rest of the body, apply a layer and re-apply when you not irritation developing. For external use only. Aluminum Free.
