Here’s how it works:
- Text message YANCYCAMP to 41259 and save 41259 in your phone as Yancy Culp. This is our main method of communication.
- I send you new easy to follow workout videos throughout the week via text message. Every day you will have a video as I lead you through the workout. I will occasionally have guests with me.
- I design every workout for all levels of fitness with focus on – no one left behind and no one left unchallenged.
- I text message you daily providing accountability, mental conditioning, and motivation to help make sure you stay consistent.
- You get unlimited communication with me. If you have questions, need a pep talk, want to share accomplishments, etc., you message me, and I will always be in Coach Yancy mode.
- The workout length will usually be in the 10-20min range. *Options for increasing the duration are always available. The short duration is by design. I want to eliminate all excuses!
- No special equipment is required. Basic fitness items like a dumbbell, kettlebell, bar, rock/stone, Spartan RAM, sandbag (purchased or homemade), or any basic weight implement is all you need.
