Weekly updated online access to 3 workouts being performed by the OCR athlete you choose to team with, plus 1-2 bonus workouts each week. *All the athletes on the roster are trained by Yancy and all workouts are written in a way that allow them to be easily scaled down if needed.
OCR specific Fitness & Challenge Testing Program. You’ll complete the Fitness Testing and log your results within the first few weeks after registering and periodically you’ll re-test and log so you can keep track of your improvements. *Challenge Testing can be completed whenever you’d like – invite a friend!
Scoreboard Program – if you choose, you can mark your Fitness & Challenge results “Public” and your results will populate to our “Scoreboard” that can be viewed by yourself and anyone who visits the site. This provides you with the opportunity to see how you compare to other Yancy Camp athletes as well as motivation to stay consistent with your training which will result in improved scores.
Access to our private Facebook group called – Yancy Camp OCR Athletes & Coaches where you can post nutrition, training, racing, gear, life, and any other questions you might have. Your nutrition questions will be answered by one of our Registered Dietitians who have strong resumes in the world of Sports Performance Nutrition.
Unlimited Q/A with Yancy through private messaging on his yancyculp@YancyCamp.com email, Yancy Camp or Yancy Culp Facebook page, or @yancyculp Instagram . Yancy spends time every day answering questions that come in. The closed Facebook group and the can be a great place to post general questions for all members to see but if you have private questions you’d like to ask, always feel free to send Yancy a message.

Perri Lauren / Yancy Camp Premier OCR Athlete
Perri Lauren (Spartanchickie) is a full time actor from central New Jersey and joins the Yancy Camp team to prove that size and circumstances do not matter! We are all capable of potential and performance beyond our own imagination,
After a severe battle with debilitating depression that left her 45 pounds heavier with no future, money, job, hopeless, empty, and without drive or motivation, Perri ran her first Spartan Race in 2015 and it changed her life forever.
OCR gave her back everything Depression took from her, and more, and kicked started the journey back to health and fitness. Ever since, she has been determination to foster a community that helps motivate and inspire anyone who has had a similar experience find the same strength in their own lives, through OCR, so they can rebuild and live their life to the fullest once again.
After 5 seasons, Perri has completed over 80 races, has 8 Age Group Podiums, came in 3rd in the 2109 Spartan Stadion Series (30-34), finished 3 Spartan Ultras and has competed in World Championships. Her goals are to dominate the Age Group field in 2020 and move to Elite in 2021.
What is unique about Perri is that she has no background in fitness. Perri only began training after her first race in 2015 and, has admittedly let herself believe (for too many years) that she is not a runner or athlete, but is proof that with hard work, the right training plan, dedication and a desire to do a little more today than you did yesterday, we all have the ability to be who and what we want to be. She knows that if she can do it..you can too! And have fun, smiling our way through!
Perri's focus is on the Sprint, Super and Stadion races and also anyone who just wants to train hard, train right, make progress and feel like a badass. =)
