Comments: 30 miles at LA Toughest 2017. 50 miles at WTM 2016. 55 miles at WTM 2017 (joined Yancy Camp in Aug17, severly sprained ankle in Sept 17, and still got a 5 mile improvement!). To reach my goals, I need to reduce obstacle failure, effectively utilize heart rate training, and work to improve running mechanics.
