  • Our bodies are a beautiful machine that provides us with the ability to serve ourselves, serve others, while also allowing us to enjoy all this beautiful planet has to offer.
  • All too often people consistently disrespect their bodies and over time their fitness levels drop. Their ability to use their bodies to enjoy everything life has to offer drops
  • Far too early in life people find themselves saying NO to things they need to do or would like to do – work, vacations, playing with kids and/or grandkids, etc.
  • No matter what your current fitness level is, how unfit or overweight you are, it’s never too late to say – “it’s time for change!”
  • Fitness has consistently been a part of my life and at 50 years of age there’s NOTHING I say no to! I’m living my best life at 50!  There’s no work or vacation venture I say no to.  I say YES to everything this beautiful planet of ours has to offer.  Let me help YOU  begin a journey I know you’ll enjoy my friend!
  • My entire life I’ve focused on a few key fitness pillars which have me in the best shape of my life at 50 years of age.
  • It’s time for you to start being selfish with a little bit of your time each week. YOU consistently being a little selfish for your own self-care time WILL eventually turn in to you being an amazing version of yourself able to serve all the important people in your life for many years to come.  We will be saying YES to everything!

What I offer YOU with my Always Ready to say YES Program

  • 4-5 training session each week
  • EVERY session will be designed for ALL levels of fitness and can be scaled down if needed
  • A super easy to follow App based delivery system
  • You’ll be on a supportive team with others with similar goals
  • Everything I provide you will fit in to your current lifestyle. This will be a commitment but it’s not going to pull the rug out from under you. It’s all 100% attainable for YOU!
  • I keep the training sessions simple and low barrier of entry
  • Weekly training sessions will cover these areas
  1. Strength & strength endurance
  2. Performing fast (it will always meet you at your level)
  3. Endurance
  4. On occasion a combination of 2 or more of the above
  5. EVERY session will always be 100% for all levels of fitness
  • Basic nutrition guidance from my amazing wife who’s a Registered Dietitian to help provide you with simple steps to help with the fueling side of health and wellness

Things you need

  • A positive attitude
  • A willingness to put the work in
  • No special equipment required
  • A gym membership is a positive but definitely NOT required (Your weight implements can be as basic as rocks)
  • The ability to access my Yancy Camp Train Heroic App
