This is the perfect training tool for Obstacle Course Racing Athletes, American Ninja Warrior Athletes, and anyone interested in having a user friendly strength training device they wear and use during all their outdoor runs and training.
If you’re out on run on the trails or in the park, you can quickly take off the device, adjust to the tree limb height, perform exercises, remove, readjust to waist size, put back on, and take off.
Traditional pull-up, pipe bomb pull-ups, static hangs, and rows can all be performed with this device.
The device comfortably fits around waist like a belt. I logged hundreds of miles and performed hundreds of reps during the testing phase.

      Thanks for the comment Ben. It can be used for horizontal and vertical hand grip pull and hang training as well as horizontal and vertical hand grip rowing. To work lower body, do squat jumps w/pull-ups. Enjoy!

    The Grip & Pull Trainer has been super useful for me. I really prefer my runs on the trails and I’m easily able to do all of the workouts that require pull-ups with this. I take it on my long trail runs and am able to consistently work in pull-ups and dead hangs. And I’m noticing significant improvement in my pull and grip strength and endurance. That thing is a great idea. I’m over 200 lbs and have done more pull-ups than I can count with it. It still looks brand new.
