I’m on Morgan’s plan and I already am feeling stronger. I’ve done 10 traditional Tough Mudders and doubles, but this year will be my first Toughest. I am not really sure what to expect which makes it harder to set goals, but I would love to hit 30 miles either in LA or MA.

I have been steadily improving in pullups since I made improving upper body strength my goal last year. I hope to be able to do 10 in a row comfortably (well as comfortably as you can do pullups) by the end of the year.

Remaining injury free is a huge goal this year- last year I had a nagging case of IT band syndrome which led to me walking/hopping/crawling/rolling through both the Western NY and NH Tough Mudders. Definitely don’t want this again! I am hoping that by slowly increasing my mileage (which is definitely something I should have done better last year) I will give my body enough time to adjust.

I am so excited to train hard and get stronger. I’m very happy to have found this program and community! 🙂
